一、条款的接受1. Acceptance of Terms
访问或使用古董集（gudong.app，下称"平台"），即表示您已阅读、理解并同意受本条款约束。如您不同意本条款的任何内容，请停止使用本平台。
By accessing or using Gudong (gudong.app, the "platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the platform.
二、平台性质2. Nature of the Platform
平台仅为藏品信息的展示与发现提供技术服务，不是交易方、中介、拍卖行或托管人：
The platform is a technical service for displaying and discovering listing information. It is not a party, intermediary, auction house or escrow agent to any transaction:
- 平台不鉴定藏品真伪、年代或价值，页面展示的价格、年代、描述均由卖家提供或申报，不代表平台的立场或担保；
- We do not authenticate the authenticity, age or value of any item. Prices, era descriptions and listing copy are provided or declared by sellers and do not represent the platform's views or guarantees;
- 平台不代收任何款项、不参与议价、不介入买卖双方的纠纷；
- We do not process any payments, participate in price negotiation, or mediate disputes between buyers and sellers;
- "今日发现""精选展示"等栏目为人工筛选或付费曝光服务，仅代表展示安排，不构成任何推荐、鉴定或保真承诺。
- Sections such as "Today's Finds" and "Featured Listings" reflect editorial curation or paid-exposure arrangements only, and do not constitute endorsement, authentication or any guarantee of authenticity.
三、卖家规则3. Rules for Sellers
- 您保证对所刊登的藏品拥有合法权利或处分权，信息与图片真实、准确，不存在虚假或误导性陈述；
- You warrant that you lawfully own or are entitled to dispose of the listed item, and that all listing information and images are true and accurate and not false or misleading;
- 您保证刊登内容不侵犯任何第三方的知识产权或其他合法权益；
- You warrant that your listings do not infringe any third party's intellectual property or other lawful rights;
- 您保证所刊登藏品不涉及文物走私、被盗文物、法律禁止流通的物品，且符合新加坡及您所在司法辖区的法律；
- You warrant that listed items do not involve smuggled or stolen cultural property or items whose trade is prohibited by law, and comply with the laws of Singapore and your jurisdiction;
- 您理解并同意：付费服务（如精选展示、置顶）仅提供线上信息展示与曝光，不保证任何询盘或成交；已支付的服务费用按平台公布的价格页规则处理，一般情况下不予退还。
- You understand and agree that paid services (e.g. Featured Listings, promoted placements) provide online display and exposure only, with no guarantee of enquiries or sales. Fees for paid services are handled according to the rules published on the Pricing page and are generally non-refundable.
四、买家须知4. Notice for Buyers
购买古董及收藏品具有固有风险。在下单或付款前，您应自行核实藏品信息、要求实物查验、确认卖家身份，并以您认可的安全方式完成交易。平台不提供任何付款渠道或资金托管，请勿将平台视为交易担保。
Buying antiques and collectibles carries inherent risk. Before making any payment, you should verify listing details, inspect the item in person where possible, confirm the seller's identity, and complete the transaction through a method you deem safe. The platform provides no payment channel or escrow — do not treat the platform as a transaction guarantee.
五、使用规范5. Acceptable Use
使用平台时，您承诺不：
When using the platform, you agree not to:
- 发布虚假、侵权或违法信息，或利用平台从事诈骗；
- Publish false, infringing or unlawful information, or use the platform for fraud;
- 以技术手段干扰平台运行，或批量抓取平台数据用于商业用途；
- Interfere with the platform's operation by technical means, or scrape platform data in bulk for commercial use;
- 未经他人同意收集、使用其他用户的联系信息。
- Collect or use other users' contact information without their consent.
违反上述规范的，平台有权不经通知删除相关内容并限制其访问。
We may remove offending content and restrict access without prior notice if these rules are breached.
六、知识产权6. Intellectual Property
平台整体设计、标识与文字内容（用户提交内容除外）的知识产权归平台运营方所有。用户提交的藏品图片与描述，其著作权仍归原权利人所有；您提交即授予平台在运营及推广本平台所必需范围内免费展示该内容的许可。
The platform's overall design, logos and original text (excluding user-submitted content) are owned by the platform operator. Copyright in user-submitted images and descriptions remains with the original rights holder. By submitting content, you grant the platform a free licence to display it to the extent necessary for operating and promoting the platform.
七、责任限制7. Limitation of Liability
在法律允许的最大范围内，平台"按现状"提供，不对藏品信息的真实性、准确性、完整性作任何明示或默示的担保；对因使用或无法使用平台、依赖平台信息、与卖家或买家进行交易所造成的任何直接或间接损失（包括但不限于财产损失、机会损失），平台不承担责任。
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranty as to the truthfulness, accuracy or completeness of listing information. We shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss (including but not limited to financial loss or loss of opportunity) arising from use of or inability to use the platform, reliance on platform information, or transactions with sellers or buyers.
八、适用法律与争议解决8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
本条款受新加坡法律管辖并按其解释。因本条款或平台使用产生的任何争议，双方应先行友好协商；协商不成的，提交新加坡有管辖权的法院解决。
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the use of the platform shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; failing that, it shall be submitted to the courts of Singapore with jurisdiction.
九、条款变更9. Changes to These Terms
平台可不时修订本条款，修订后将在此页面发布并更新"最后更新"日期。您继续使用平台即视为接受修订后的条款。
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Revised versions will be posted on this page with an updated "last updated" date. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
