Gudong (gudong.app) is an information and discovery platform for antiques and collectibles, operating in Singapore, and acts as the data controller of your personal data. For any questions about this policy or your personal data, contact us at contact@gudong.app.
二、我们收集哪些个人数据2. Personal Data We Collect
平台为信息展示型平台，我们仅出于运营所必需收集以下数据：
As a listing and discovery platform, we only collect the data necessary to operate the platform:
- 卖家提交的信息：刊登藏品信息时您主动提供的姓名／展馆名称、联系方式（如电邮、电话或社交账号）、藏品图片与描述；
- Information you submit as a seller: name or gallery name, contact details (e.g. email, phone, social media handle), listing images and descriptions provided by you;
- 通信记录：您通过电子邮件与我们联系时提供的信息及往来内容；
- Communications: information you provide when you email us and the content of our correspondence;
- 技术数据：访问日志、浏览器类型、设备信息等基本技术数据（由托管服务商以日志形式记录），仅用于保障平台安全与稳定运行；
- Technical data: access logs, browser type and basic device information recorded by our hosting provider, used solely to keep the platform secure and stable;
- 偏好设置：您的语言偏好（存储在您的浏览器本地，不会上传至我们的服务器）。
- Preferences: your language preference (stored locally in your browser and not uploaded to our servers).
我们不有意收集敏感个人数据（如身份证号、财务账户信息），也请勿在藏品描述或联系信息中提交此类数据。
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data (such as identification numbers or financial account details). Please do not submit such data in listing descriptions or contact information.
三、我们如何使用个人数据3. How We Use Personal Data
- 展示、管理与更新您刊登的藏品信息；
- Display, manage and update listings you submit;
- 回复您的咨询、合作请求或投诉；
- Respond to your enquiries, partnership requests or complaints;
- 维持平台安全、排查故障与防止滥用；
- Maintain platform security, troubleshoot issues and prevent abuse;
- 在取得同意的情况下，向您发送平台公告（您可随时退订）。
- With your consent, send you platform announcements (you may opt out at any time).
我们不会将您的个人数据出售给任何第三方。
We do not sell your personal data to any third party.
四、披露与共享4. Disclosure & Sharing
卖家选择公开的联系方式会按您的刊登设置展示在相应藏品页，供买家直接与您联系。除此之外，我们仅在以下情形披露个人数据：
The contact details you choose to make public are displayed on your listing pages so buyers can reach you directly. Beyond that, we disclose personal data only:
- 向为我们提供基础设施服务的供应商（如网站托管、CDN 服务商），且仅限于其履行服务所必需的范围；
- To service providers supporting our infrastructure (e.g. hosting and CDN providers), limited to what is necessary for them to perform their services;
- 为遵守法律法规、法院命令或政府主管机关的合法要求；
- To comply with applicable laws, court orders or lawful requests from competent authorities;
- 为保护平台、用户或公众的权利、财产或安全。
- To protect the rights, property or safety of the platform, our users or the public.
五、Cookies 与本地存储5. Cookies & Local Storage
平台使用必要的浏览器本地存储（localStorage）保存您的语言偏好与公告栏关闭状态，不用于广告追踪。您可以随时通过浏览器设置清除这些数据。
The platform uses browser local storage (localStorage) strictly for essential purposes — remembering your language preference and whether you have dismissed the announcement bar. We do not use them for advertising or cross-site tracking. You may clear this data via your browser settings at any time.
六、数据保留6. Data Retention
我们仅在实现本政策所述目的所必需的期间保留个人数据。当您要求删除刊登信息，或数据已不再为法律或运营目的所需时，我们会将其安全删除或匿名化处理。
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy. When you request removal of your listings, or when the data is no longer required for legal or operational purposes, we will securely delete or anonymise it.
七、您的权利（查阅、更正与删除）7. Your Rights (Access, Correction & Deletion)
依据 PDPA，您有权：
Under the PDPA, you have the right to:
- 查阅我们持有的关于您的个人数据；
- Request access to the personal data we hold about you;
- 要求更正不准确的个人数据；
- Request correction of inaccurate personal data;
- 要求删除您的刊登信息或注销您的卖家资料；
- Request deletion of your listings or removal of your seller profile;
- 随时撤回同意（撤回不影响撤回前已进行处理的合法性）。
- Withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal).
行使上述权利请发邮件至 contact@gudong.app，我们将在合理期限内（一般不超过 30 天）回复。
To exercise these rights, email contact@gudong.app. We will respond within a reasonable period (generally no more than 30 days).
八、数据安全8. Data Security
我们采用合理的行政、技术措施保护个人数据，包括全站 HTTPS 加密传输与访问权限控制。但请注意，任何互联网传输都无法保证绝对安全，您自行向他人披露联系方式所产生的风险由您承担。
We apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including HTTPS encryption across the site and access controls. However, no internet transmission is entirely secure, and you remain responsible for the risks of disclosing your contact details to other parties you choose to deal with.
九、未成年人9. Minors
平台面向成年用户。若您未满 18 岁，请勿使用本平台或提交个人数据。
The platform is intended for adult users. If you are under 18, please do not use the platform or submit any personal data.
